Using Social Media to Engage and Consult

I am currently researching and beginning to write a book which has the provisional title ‘Using Social Media to Engage and Consult – a public sector primier’. As with other projects that I am in involved with I will be developing the materials in a collaborative page and I will shortly be letting people know how they can get involved.

The aim of the book is to provide a book that focuses on the UK public sector and illustrates how social media can be used to help organisations consult and engage stakeholders, voters, clients, colleagues, service users, and taxpayers.
