NewMR and Gaming

One of the buzz topics at the moment is gaming and in particular what can market research learn from gaming and how can gaming related approaches help improve market research.

As an exploration of this topic Ray is hosting an online, virtual event on 20 January, 2011, from 2pm to 5pm GMT/London (9am to 2pm EST/New York). The event is going to comprise ten short presentations (ten minutes each) and plenty of discussion time, to allow people to express different views about the current state of play, the direction of travel, and key options for the future.
